For nearly thirty years Danielle has worked with organisations, including Accenture, SAP Concur, Frost & Sullivan and Fujifilm Business Innovation, to solve business problems through people.

Unlike many executive search consultants, she spent much of her career on the client side, leading business units, building high-performing teams, managing strategic accounts and working with senior executives across multiple industries.

That experience shaped how she approaches every search.

Hiring isn't simply about filling a vacancy. It's about finding leaders who fit the organisational culture, strengthen the business and create long-term value.

Danielle established Katharos to build an executive search consultancy that reflected this belief.
